Curaa completes acquisition of Ashview Nursing Home in Hertfodshire

Curaa is delighted to announce the acquisition of Ashview Nursing Home, located in Widford, Hertfordshire. 

Ashview Nursing Home, situated near Ware in Hertfordshire, is a beautiful residential & nursing care home featuring picturesque gardens, relaxing living spaces, a variety of daily activities and the provision of freshly prepared nutritional meals.  

Ashview provides support for up to 32 residents and comes with an experienced team of care specialists that create a homely and pleasant environment for residents. With it’s strong ratings (rated “Outstanding” in Well Led standard), Ashview has always been a location of choice for the local elderly population.

Curaa was advised by Hazlewoods, RWK Goodman and supported by Shawbrook Bank. The home was sold by Christie’s on behalf of Westgate Healthcare who have owned it since inception some 25 years ago.
